Program description
AH Law Firm PLLC offers a text messaging program to send case-related communications to our clients, including:
- Reminders about upcoming immigration court hearings and appointments;
- Notifications about fees paid on your behalf and balances due;
- Other important updates about your matter with the Firm.
Messages are sent from the Firm’s messaging number and will identify AH Law Firm PLLC as the sender.
Consent / opt-in
By providing your mobile phone number to the Firm — for example, at intake, during a consultation, or through one of our forms — and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive recurring informational text messages from AH Law Firm PLLC at that number. Consent is not a condition of receiving legal services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on activity in your matter. You may receive messages only when there is a relevant update or reminder.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. AH Law Firm PLLC does not charge you for text messages we send.
Opting out
You may opt out of the text messaging program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final confirmation message and will not send you further text messages unless you opt in again.
