Mantener la calma y estar bien informado puede hacer una gran diferencia en c\u00f3mo se desarrolla la situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Si ICE Llega a Tu Casa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si agentes de ICE llegan a tu puerta,\u00a0no est\u00e1s obligado a abrirla\u00a0a menos que te muestren una\u00a0orden firmada por un juez\u00a0con tu nombre y direcci\u00f3n. P\u00eddeles que pasen la orden por debajo de la puerta o que te la muestren por una ventana.\u00a0Una orden firmada solo por ICE (una&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.findlaw.com\/legalblogs\/law-and-life\/209638\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">orden administrativa<\/a>) no es suficiente\u00a0legalmente para entrar a tu casa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tienes derecho a\u00a0guardar silencio.
